We asked for your thoughts after Derby County suffered a heavy4-1 lossat Millwall in the Championship.
The defeat was a third in four games for the Rams, who are 23rd in the table and four points adrift of safety.
John Eustace's side are without a victory in their past nine games (D3 L6) and have won just once in the league this season.
Adam:Absolutely disgraceful. Sorry but we need a change. Something isn't right and not good enough for this club. We are down if this carries on.
Tom:Massively concerned. Plenty of players out, I accept that, but the manner of performances have been unacceptable.
When Eustace came to the club he spoke about "fighters not victims" but there is no evidence of that now. This is only going to end one way. Appreciate the work in the first year and a half but ultimately football is a results business.
Mark:John Eustace the hero that saved us from the drop is now the pantomime villain. He has totally lost the confidence of his players. Time for him to go before the mire gets any deeper.
Spondon:Again Derby County have exhibited their frailty in both attack and defence. A long list of injuries and a failed takeover of the club has resulted in a disastrous start to the season.
However, the Rams still have a fine manager, a very supportive owner and a fanbase that will stay on side despite the setbacks. We will return to the top.
John:Very poor from the start, never competed, no pattern of play and no plan A never mind plan B. Carlton Morris completely on his own running after everything but outnumbered all game.
Frank:This season has been a failure of the regulatory body who procrastinated far too long to put off any investor willing to invest in a club which needed help. I have supported Derby for over 60 years to now be totally untrusting of the football echelons of power.
