TAMPA, Fla. — Luxembourg-based in-orbit servicing venture ClearSpace announced a contract Sept. 23 with the European Space Agency to help mature technologies for Phoenix, a mission aiming to extend the life of a geostationary satellite due to retire between 2028 and 2030.
