Discovery Plus is raising prices across its ad-free and ad-supported plans. Starting Tuesday, the ad-supported plan will go from $5.99 to $6.99 / month, while the ad-free tier will jump from $9.99 to $11.99 / month.

The price hike comes just one week afterParamount closed its acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery, which owned Discovery Plus and HBO Max. The combined companies, known as Skydance, plan to merge Paramount Plus and HBO Maxinto “a single service over time,” though it’s not clearwhether Discovery Pluswill remain a standalone streamer.

Discovery Plus streams shows from networks like TLC, The Discovery Channel, HGTV, Food Network, and Investigation Discovery. Many shows from the platform are alsoincluded within an HBO Max subscription, such as90 Day Fiancé,Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, andDeadliest Catch. Discovery Pluslast raised prices in January 2025.

This latest Discovery Plus price increase will go into effect immediately for new subscribers, while existing ones will see the increase in their next billing statement on or after November 12th.
