PARIS – HawkEye 360 is addressing growing demand for sovereign space capabilities by establishing a European subsidiary, working with Leonardo to provide radio-frequency sensing to European customers and collaborating with ERA, part of the Czech Republic’s Omnipol Group, the company announced Sept. 15.
