Design company Arkadia-Life has released the P01 Classic Sofa, a single-seat armchair inspired by 1960s sports cars.
The piece incorporates automotive styling details, including round headlights, curved fenders, and a thin chrome bumper reminiscent of an earlyPorsche 911. However, it is not an official collaboration with thecarmaker.
“Created by the hands of Italian master artisans obsessed with classical mechanical aesthetics, this piece draws inspiration from the sleek lines and immersive cockpit feel of legendary 1960s GT sports cars,”saidArkadia-Life.
“Each sofa stands as a collectible home sculpture, seamlessly weaving the spirit of speed with the philosophy of repose— a tribute to connoisseurs who can still hear the throbbing pulse of engines, even in stillness.”
