The technology, or at least its grandchild, may be on the up-and-up.Imagination Technologieshaslicensedits PowerVR MBX graphics / video technologies to Intel for inclusion in Intel Integrated Circuits (ICs). The symbiotic deal sees Imagination continuing to develop their technology with Intel funding, while Intel employs such technology in its products for a nice royalty fee. It’s not likely that Intel is planning on implementing this technology in the PC consumer space, however.
