The White House is now airing reruns of President Donald Trump’s speeches, bill signings, and other moments on a YouTube livestream that it’s calling “Trump TV,”as reported earlier byTime. The24/7 stationlaunched just days afterTrump banned CNN, MS Now, andPoliticofrom the White House.

Followingseveralteaserspropping up“Trump TV,” Kaelan Dorr, the White House’s head of digital strategy,revealedthat the administration will air Trump’s “greatest hits, unfiltered” on YouTube. “The press, in some cases, reported inaccurately or not at all on the Administration’s many record breaking accomplishments on behalf of all Americans,” Dorr writes. The White House alsoposted a promotionfor the stationfeaturing clips from various shows, likeThe Office,Seinfeld, andFamily Guy.

The livestream’s launch drew immediate criticism, withGovernor Gavin Newsomcalling it “state-run TV.” CNN, MS Now, andPoliticoalsosued the Trump administration, claiming that their ban from the White House “threatens press freedom and the public’s right to independent journalism free from government interference.”

As reported byTime, CNN was supposed to shoot video for the press pool on Monday, but no other network took its place in support of the outlet. ABC, CBS, CNN, Fox News, and NBC laterreleased a joint statementcondemning the White House’s decision to ban a news organization because the administration “objects to its reporting.”
