Driver dies in crash with parked car

A man in his 20s has died after his car collided with a parked car and damaged several other vehicles nearby, said police.
Emergency services were called to Kingsland, at the junction of Tendring Road, in Harlow, shortly after 05:30 GMT.
The driver, who was the only person in the car, died at the scene, said Essex Police. The road was closed for several hours following the incident.
Officers appealed for anyone with information or doorbell/dashcam footage to come forward.
