Nottingham Forest boss Oliver Glasner speaking to BBC Match of the Day:"Very frustrating. It's the same story as every week but if things always happen in the same way there's a kind of pattern.
"Today is completely clear, we have to change something, a few things. I have to change a few things and I will change a few things, 100%. We can't continue in the same way, we have to change and that's the key.
"We are making too many mistakes, the defence, then we are down. We controlled the game. It was the fourth goal we conceded with a long ball from the goalkeeper. This just can't be. It's so obvious. We are slow, making the same mistakes, always different players.
"If you miss always chances, it's also a pattern. I don't want to talk about statistics because it doesn't count - we didn't score a goal and we conceded two.
"Credit toBrentfordfor the second goal they scored, it was a fantastic counter-attack. We are making too many mistakes in our defence and we were not ruthless enough, good enough in finishing. That's the truth.
"The only way is to change it or these things will happen again. That's what we will do."
On how he will make those changes:"A few things I have on my mind. I could see a few things, I was not really placed all the time since my arrival and sometimes I feel like I made too many compromises.
"It's time to make compromises, it's time to show a way that everyone has to follow and if you don't want to follow then I guess then the sixth manager will come in."
