MARTAC is expanding Devil Ray production by 100 vessels annually, building a larger fleet of autonomous boats capable of carrying payloads and deploying smaller unmanned systems.

The U.S. is expanding production of the Devil Ray, an autonomous unmanned surface vessel designed for missions across coastal and open-ocean environments. MARTAC has partnered with SŌLACE Boats to add capacity for 100 more vessels each year. The Devil Ray can carry different payloads and operate alongside smaller unmanned boats, creating a networked approach to maritime operations built around autonomous vessels and emerging AI capabilities.
