Due to its extreme potential to revolutionize the biopharma industry, the benefits of mRNA as a novel therapeutic are well known. However, the path leading to the development of mRNA medicines can be challenging and is often less discussed. Qualities like nucleic acid stability, immunogenicity, and delivery of the final product are all critical factors that face mRNA medicines and need to be addressed more frequently.
